4-H Teen Leadership

This publication explains the role and responsibilities of teen leaders, outlines the objectives of teen leadership and describes how teens can become teen leaders. It also explains how being involved in a 4-H teen leadership project is different from "just" being a 4-H teen leader. The book provides a variety of resources for 4-H teen leaders, including guidelines, a project description, a portfolio and information on planning activities. It also contains a section for adult 4-H volunteers on working with 4-H teen leaders. (40 pages, 2008)
